A Word from Pastor Champness

My pastorate at Redeemer Presbyterian Church has encompassed over 24 years of ministry to families in the greater Atlanta area.  We are a small church that attempts to do a big job of meeting the spiritual needs of its flock.  I have had the opportunity over the years to see many families come to know Christ as Lord and Savior of their lives and then to grow in their knowledge of God's Word and in their walk with Him.  I have seen individuals go into full time ministry for the Gospel of Christ as a result of the ministry of this church.  The friendships developed at Redeemer are meant to last a lifetime and for eternity as we seek God's face in times of joy and sorrow.

Redeemer Presbyterian Church is a Bible-believing church and strives to exalt Christ in all of our activities.  We believe the second person of the Trinity, Jesus Christ, is our Savior, Lord, Redeemer, Shepherd, Prophet, Priest, King and Friend.  We are Presbyterian in government, meaning we have ordained elders that guide our church.  We have a creed, the Westminster Confession of Faith, which we believe is an accurate summary of the major teachings of Scripture.

We have a variety of ministries for men, women and children throughout the month on various nights.  Our goal in all of our activities is to glorify God and be a blessing to people.
